We have different engagement models to properly address the needs of our clients.

We take a look at the big picture.

In this Per Project model, the project scope and requirement, the project methodology, the project cost and delivery timelines are decided after checking the project request from the client. This is based on “one scoped” project at a time. The deliverables determine the project cost and timeline.

In this model, the client retains a small team of resources that are dedicated to work for the client as per their requirements and preferences on a quarterly, half-yearly or yearly basis. (Minimum engagement period is one quarter)

In this model, the client retains our services for predefined and predetermined number of hours on a monthly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly basis. One expert is assigned to the clients and works on a predetermined time schedule to achieve the predetermined tasks. The costs are dependent on the field of expertise of our experts providing the services.
